My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was comfortable and affordable but had an unusual smell and some issues like water on the floor and a smaller bed than expected. On the bright side, the location was convenient for shopping and dining, and the staff was accommodating despite initial maintenance problems with the room bookings.

My stay at the hotel was good overall. The room had a few downsides like being on the ground level with a view of the sidewalk and parking lot, also the non-smoking room was on the smoking side of the hall, but it was still up to par for a 7-day visit. The service, especially at 1 am when I needed another blanket, was wonderful and very polite, raising my rating for this Candlewood to Average. The location, though close to the airport with a 24-hour shuttle, was a bit noisy being between a trailer repair center and an animal boarding center. The dining experience lacked some basic amenities like TV in the bedroom and proper lighting in the bathroom.

The hotel feels like it's stuck in the 1980s, but it offers convenience with a fridge and kitchen area in the rooms. The service from the extra-friendly staff was earnest and helpful despite the big crowd. The location is not ideal, situated between a trailer repair center and an animal boarding center, but it's close to a shopping center.
